My approach to coaching meets leaders where they are to form collaborative and creative relationships in order to reach new levels of self-awareness, organizational performance and alignment with purpose and meaning. We’ll work strategically to uncover strengths as well as blindspots to increase leadership effectiveness and celebrate successes.

I design and facilitate workshops & offsites to unleash collaboration, creativity and engagement within teams.
