    My approach to coaching meets leaders where they are to form collaborative and creative relationships in order to reach new levels of self-awareness, organizational performance and alignment with purpose and meaning. We’ll work strategically to uncover strengths as well as blindspots to increase leadership effectiveness and celebrate successes.

    Executive Coaching packages use 360 interviews and other tools to identify areas of leadership effectiveness and potential blindspots in order to create action plans and a roadmap for our time together.

    A leading global financial services company hired us to coach senior executives to even higher level or performance and to uncover dynamics impacting group and individual performance at the most senior level.

    One of our clients, a partner at the firm, was having a challenging time with one of her partners, struggling to resolve conflict in an effective way. This was impacting her physical and emotional health as well as performance.

    We were able to help our client recognize her communication styles, preferences and blindspots and bring awareness to her nervous system’s reaction to people who had different styles (in this case a more dominating, aggressive style) so she wouldn’t freeze in the midst of conflict.

Uncovering the collective power of extraordinary leaders takes time, and we were called in to work with an innovative start-up in the pharmaceutical space to do just this.

    Members of the C-Suite were looking for a way to build collaboration and cohesion with their team in order to continue the momentum of growth and innovation and bring it to the next level.

    We worked with the Chief Commercial Officer and his senior leadership team to recognize each person’s unique strengths and contributions to the team, as well as patterns under stress so that they could understand and support each other more effectively during times of change.

    We continued to integrate further members of the extended team and sub-teams, giving each employee the opportunity to better understand their role and contribution in the larger team as well as some of their blindspots and tendencies under stress through larger in-person workshops. This collaboration enhanced the team’s effectiveness and provided a solid foundation for a $400m+ acquisition by a larger company later in the year.
